Carrefour had a problem. They needed to explain their many strategy orientations to the field. and on the field, they don’t really have the time to read guidelines or listen to corporate. The solution? We created the “Carrefour Zapping”. An internal news channel explaining on a very funny way all changes the managment of the warehouse had installed. Result : 8500 people, briefed in just a couple of days in a very funny way.
